Thermal Storage Ceramic Ball is special packing for heat regenerative exchange medium in air separation which including small ceramic ball, porous columned ceramic ball and porous round ceramic ball. It works in different temperature range.

Characteristic : High anti-pressure strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability and thermal efficiency, high density class and excellent thermal conductivity, that largely improve the efficiency of energy-saving and lifetime.

Thermal Storage Ceramic is extensive use for the furnace of metallurgical, iron and steel industry. it is the key components of the thermal storage burning. This technology can save more than 40-70% of power, increase more than 15% of production capability, depress 40% wastage of billet oxidization, reduce the Nox discharging to less than 100ppm, control the temperature of discharging smoke less than 150℃. All the above-mentioned applications consumedly decrease the ether’s greenhouse effect.
