Introduction of AceChemPack Plastic Structured Packing Products:

AceChemPack Plastic Structured Packing is also called plastic corrugated structured column packing. The Plastic Structured Packing has the advantages of light weight, big flow, low drop pressure, big specific surface, easy change, etc. It’s able to endure 100 centigrade if it’s made of PP. And 150 centigrade for PVDF. The plastic plate can be perforated to increase the transfer efficiency.

Application:

This packing is widely used in the operation of absorption and decomposing absorption units, it’s especially used in the production procedure of heavy liquid loading and high operative pressure, such as hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sulphuric acid (H2SO4) production, deaerating CO2 and H2S from natural gas, drying chlorine, making ammonia liquid, waste gases purification and decomposing absorption deaeration apparatus.
